Parveen Rehman : Angel

Parveen Rehman : Angel

KARACHI: A media-shy social worker who devoted her life to the development of the impoverished neighbourhoods across the country, was gunned down near her office in Orangi Town on Wednesday. She was 56. Parveen Rehman was born in Dhaka in 1957. She did part of her schooling in the former East Pakistan and migrated to Karachi after the fall of Dhaka. She received a bachelor’s of engineering in architecture from Karachi’s Dawood College of Engineering and Technology in 1981 and joined a private architect’s firm.

Finding Ones Who Care

Maria lifted her head as she watched the
black history video describe
the people who were there
the ones who cared

and she looked around at her mama gone in the streets
and her daddy locked up in jail
and her brothers hungry
and her sisters cold
and she wondered
Where are the heroes now?

Parveen was one.
Where are they now?

Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your favorite
reason seemed to be on the internet the easiest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I definitely get irked while people think about
worries that they just do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined
out the whole thing without having side-effects , people could take a signal.
Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
